Returns & Refunds

Returns Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we cannot provide a refund. For undamaged items you no longer want, a pickup fee will apply and be deducted from your refund. We strongly recommend verifying product measurements before purchasing to ensure suitability.  

Return Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged in all original materials (including pallets or specialized packaging, if applicable).  


Special Cases:
- Made-to-Order Items: These cannot be returned or refunded unless defective. Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.  
- Outlet Items: All sales are final. These items are non-returnable as they are sold at significant discounts, often as open-box returns from other customers.  

Damaged Items:
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and a detailed description of the damage. To qualify for a full refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging (including pallets, boxes, and protective materials). Without this, refunds may be partial or denied.  

Process:

Email us at info@luxurysalonsofa.co.uk with necessary details to initiate a refund. Retain all packaging until you’ve inspected your order. For questions, contact us via phone.
